ALL products purchased and paid for through the Matting Systems NZ website are freight free within New Zealand. Your order is not binding until accepted by Matting Systems NZ.
Be very careful to ensure the address you supply is correct, including necessary post codes.
If you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time frame please contact us and we will trace your parcel.
Goods are at our risk until delivered to you (providing you have supplied a deliverable address). Matting Systems NZ Limited takes no responsibility for items not received if the address supplied is undeliverable.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable address, we will notify you. We would have incurred a freight charge for the return of the parcel, so in order for you to get your order, you will have to provide a new deliverable address. You will then be charged for the freight cost to us for the return of your parcel, as well as the freight costs to get the parcel shipped to you. It is therefore very important you always provide a deliverable address.
If your order is returned to us due to damage in transit we will re-send it to you at no extra charge.
We package your items very carefully however sometimes items can get damaged in transit. If you receive your parcel and all/some of the contents are damaged, you are to firstly submit a claim through the courier showing them the damaged goods. You can then let us know, and if possible, email us a photograph of the damaged product. We will immediately send a replacement.
